Apartments Florence Srl was born in 2007 from the passion and entrepreneurship of a group of friends: Lorenzo Fagnoni, with his wife Ana, and Niccolò Degli Alessandri. Apartments Florence Real Estate SAS di Fagnoni Lorenzo e C. is the latest development of the company on the real estate front and makes use of the professionalism of accredited and qualified real estate agents.

It is since 2007, when Lorenzo with his wife Ana and his friend Niccolò founded Apartments Florence, that the company has grown to become the market leader in Florence, for tourist rentals, and for the number of apartments managed in different types of rental. (student, residential, luxury rentals).

During these years, many investors have turned to Apartments Florence to be guided in their real estate investments, especially for the unique know-how that the company had acquired in understanding the needs of the tenant market, and consequently for the ability to know which characteristics it had to have a property, to maximize the investment of those who would acquire it.
